The most important activity of future parks is creating opportunities. This is not possible unless they ride the wave of social, economic and technological trends. The lack of familiarity of parks as the most important players in shaping the knowledge-based economy with mega-trends causes businesses to ignore future opportunities and threats, and this issue causes their destruction and decay in the long term. Helping exploit value-based opportunities, help create productive entrepreneurship. This article explains about the process of determining megatrends affecting the landscape, structure, work process of Khorasan Science and Technology Park. This research has been used in terms of "applicative, development" goal and in terms of research method, exploratory scenario writing and interviews with experts, and according to the time of data collection, it is cross-sectional (from 1401 to November 1402). The developed model has a process including eight stages of extracting the megatrend method, examining information sources, creating a database of promoters and obstacles, interviewing experts, tracking emerging technologies, identifying opportunities, operationalizing opportunities, prioritizing opportunities, learning from experience, and follow-up. It is a project. The output of this process in this park leads to the identification of 10 megatrends including artificial intelligence, smart health, cultural industry, finance, energy, mining, food technology and smart cities. After finding megatrends and adapting them to national and regional plans and policies, this park is expected to formulate a systematic plan for its development and the development of start-ups and fledgling companies.
